We offer free shipping in the US. Our orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on the state you are in. To verify this, a confirmation email will be sent with the number of the guide and to do its due follow-up.
We want our products to meet the expectations of our customers, for that reason we are dedicated to providing quality service.
If for any reason your customer needs to exchange or return one or more garments, they have 30 days to return the merchandise. In case the product presents a factory defect, or you have received a wrong garment, our team will provide a prepaid label to make your change. For any other case outside of those mentioned (factory defect or wrong garment) you or your client must cover the value of shipping your products to our warehouse.
Returns require warehouse approval. Remember to return the product in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with all labels.
Upon being approved and admitted to our offices, the client will have two option:
1. We offer you to generate a voucher or voucher to redeem in the store for the same value of the products.The Shipping is free in the first order, the value of the shipment for change is equivalent to $11.00 dollars which must be assumed by the client.
2. You can request a refund of your money in case you do not want a new product.
